Qualifications

• Own data quality standards across CRM and MAP.
• Lead deduplication and hygiene across contacts, leads, and accounts.
• Diagnose root causes and design scalable fixes.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics and reporting.
• Map and document how lead and account data flows across systems.
• Investigate sync failures, latency, and data loss between systems.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and BI on data definitions.
• Support evaluation and rollout of new marketing tech platforms for data flow.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams during implementation.
• Maintain documentation across the MarTech stack.
