PriceLabs in Chicago (remote-first) seeks a forward-thinking Customer Lifecycle Marketer to lead our AI-driven outreach and lifecycle automation. You will supervise the outbound AI agent, design targeted campaigns, and guide new AI agents to personalize messages across the customer journey.

You will blend demand generation with retention strategies, using Google BigQuery, Customer.io, and data tools to ensure clean data feeds for AI agents and high engagement.

Formación

• 3–5 years in customer lifecycle marketing or similar roles.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience and prompt engineering knowledge.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AI outbound agent and refine prompts to improve engagement.
• Design and execute targeted cold email campaigns with AI guardrails.
• Segment lists and optimize AI targeting for higher response rates.
• Architect lifecycle agents and personalize messaging using data tools.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
