Unleashed Brands seeks an experienced Instructional Designer & Training Facilitator to script, design, and deliver practical learning for frontline to leadership teams across its 350+ locations. You’ll craft engaging, scalable content using AI-assisted tools and deliver live and virtual programs for new openings and ongoing brand recalibration.

This on-site role in the Dallas/Fort Worth area includes up to 25% travel, with a focus on gamified, scenario-based learning and multi-modal delivery to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in instructional design or learning experience design with in-person and virtual training.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and visual design to make complex content clear and engaging.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe).
• Confident, engaging facilitator capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering training in fast-paced, multi-location environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and develops engaging, learner-centered training experiences for a wide range of audiences.
• Translates operational needs into practical, memorable training aligned with brand standards.
• Incorporates gamification, storytelling, simulations, scenario-based learning, and microlearning.
• Uses AI-powered tools to accelerate content development and personalize learning.
• Designs across multiple modalities: eLearning, blended, facilitator-led, job aids, and just-in-time tools.
• Facilitates and delivers live and virtual training to operations teams across locations.
• Leads training delivery for new park openings and recalibration training for existing locations.
• Builds custom training solutions for emerging or location-specific needs.
• Rapidly prototypes and refines content based on feedback and data.
• Partners with Training and Operations to align content with system-wide initiatives.
• Travels up to 25% to support live delivery, openings, and franchise programming.
