Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design immersive, AI-enabled, learner-centered experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. You will act as an internal consultant, leading workshops, coaching designers, and leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and personalization.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to define metrics, optimize learning through data, and advance modern learning practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field with relevant experience.
• 4–6 years designing enterprise learning solutions.
• 1–3 years applying AI tools to learning design or content development.
• Proficiency in LxD, digital/experiential/AI-enabled approaches, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled, learner-centered experiences that extend beyond courses.
• Coach designers and lead workshops, design reviews, and labs to build capability.
• Define success metrics and optimize experiences via analytics and experimentation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for responsible use in learning design.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver experiential learning that accelerates skill development.
