Job summary

BlinkRx LLC seeks an AI Learning Experience Designer to drive AI-powered training through realistic simulations, branching scenarios, and AI-generated content. You will translate learning needs into technical requirements for designers and engineers and ensure scalable, high-impact learning experiences.

Role combines instructional design, live facilitation, and engineering collaboration in a hybrid setting based in New York or Seattle. A strong portfolio of AI-driven learning assets is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in instructional design or related L&D role.
• Experience building with AI to design, develop, and scale learning experiences.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating AI-generated simulations and content required.

Responsibilities

• Design branching scenarios, role-play conversations, and simulations grounded in adult learning.
• Own prompt engineering and AI-driven simulation content.
• Bridge instructional design with Product/Engineering as a product owner for L&D outcomes.
