Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Learning & Development to set enterprise learning strategy and design, develop, and deliver learning programs across in-person, remote, online, and AI-enabled modalities.

This leader will own the full learning lifecycle, administer the annual performance management cycle, and scale AI-enabled learning while collaborating with business leaders and HR across English- and Spanish-speaking audiences in a fast-moving manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including strategy, design, and delivery.
• Instructional design across in-person, remote, online, and AI-enabled modalities.
• Familiarity with AI to support and scale learning.
• Experience owning learning infrastructure, including LMS, curriculum, and instructor certification.
• Ability to work across English- and Spanish-speaking populations.
• Experience in manufacturing and large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise learning strategy, roadmap, and annual program plan aligned to business priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver core enterprise programs including onboarding, leadership development, and safety training.
• Develop targeted curricula in AI fluency and communications.
• Manage learning infrastructure, vendors, and instructor network.
• Oversee annual performance management design and technology supporting it.
• Scale AI-enabled learning with 15 experiences in year one.
