You will partner with Data Science, Operations, Partner Engagement, and Quality to design learning solutions for diverse audiences and stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-enabled interactive experiences.

The role emphasizes rapid, iterative learning development grounded in ADDIE, with a focus on clear communication and stakeholder influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years defining training strategy and managing programs across a global operations environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with global training program experience.
• Grounded in learning theory, able to apply ADDIE in rapid, iterative cycles.
• Proven program management with strong stakeholder influencing across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent writing and ability to distill complex topics for global audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to all levels.
