Job summary
Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director in Financial Services focused on Insurance to lead client engagements and growth across strategic accounts. You will translate complex insurance challenges into practical transformation agendas and measurable outcomes, guiding AI-enabled initiatives with senior executives.
Role requires deep P&C insurance knowledge, delivery leadership, and proven success building client relationships while supporting growth in strategic accounts in the US.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, including experience at a Big Four firm or leading advisory or strategy consultancy.
- Deep experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
- Experience delivering enterprise, digital, modernization, operating model, or technology and AI‑led transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior business and technology executives on transformation priorities across enterprise, digital and AI-enabled programs.
- Lead multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes, quality, and risk management.
- Shape practical strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for P&C insurance transformations.
