Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Insurance AI Solution Lead to translate insurance problems into AI-enabled products. You will bridge business, domain, and technology, guiding use cases from discovery through implementation with SMEs, data scientists and architects.

In this role, you’ll lead client workshops, articulate business value, and shape end-to-end solutions across underwriting, claims, pricing and distribution. A strong insurance background and GenAI familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Insurance/Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, pricing, or distribution.
• Experience owning or shaping AI, analytics, or digital products.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions and work with tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and development of high-value AI use cases across the insurance value chain.
• Translate business problems into AI products with defined user needs and outcomes.
• Own use cases from discovery through prototyping and implementation.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations and executive discussions on AI value.
