Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director in its Banking Transformation practice, to lead client engagements across the Banking sector in the US. You will connect business priorities with technology and AI opportunities, translating complex challenges into practical transformation agendas and measurable outcomes.

You will advise senior executives, shape strategies and roadmaps, and manage multiple workstreams while ensuring quality and risk governance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in banking/financial services consulting.
• Proven track record in executive engagement with C-suite.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
