Job summary
Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Director in its Financial Services Banking practice to lead high-impact client engagements and drive growth across strategic accounts. You will translate business priorities into technology and AI-enabled transformation, collaborating with senior executives to deliver measurable outcomes.
You will guide multi-workstream programs, oversee governance and risk, and coach consulting teams while expanding Capgemini Invent’s US banking capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, including Big Four or leading advisory/strategy consultancy.
- Deep experience in Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Payments, Cards, or Asset/Wealth Management.
- Strong understanding of banking data ecosystems and related solutions.
- Experience delivering enterprise, digital, modernization, operating model, or AI-led transformation.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives on enterprise, digital, operating model, modernization, and AI-enabled transformation priorities.
- Lead complex transformation engagements and multiple workstreams with clear accountability for outcomes.
