Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a seasoned Director for the Financial Services Insurance practice. You will lead client engagements, advise senior executives, and translate business priorities into technology and AI-enabled transformations.

You will orchestrate multi-workstream programs, shape roadmaps, and drive growth across strategic accounts. The role requires deep P&C knowledge, Big Four or leading advisory background, and proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes with

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including Big Four or top advisory/strategy firms.
• Deep experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with underwriting and claims knowledge.
• Experience delivering enterprise, digital, modernization, operating model, or AI-led transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate AI strategy into business value, risk governance, and implementation plans.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior business and technology executives on enterprise, digital, and AI-enabled transformation priorities.
• Lead complex transformation engagements and multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes, quality, and risk management.
• Apply deep understanding of P&C business models and insurance tech landscape to shape strategies and roadmaps.
• Build client relationships and contribute to sales and revenue targets.
