Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Director to lead AI-enabled transformation in the Financial Services insurance sector. You will guide senior executives, shape roadmaps, and drive multi-workstream engagements with a focus on measurable outcomes.

You will leverage deep P&C expertise, AI fluency, and a track record of growing strategic accounts while coaching teams and expanding Capgemini Invent’s capabilities in financial services.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience, incl. Big Four or leading advisory/strategy consultancy.
• Deep P&C insurance experience with underwriting and claims processes.
• Experience delivering enterprise, digital, modernization, operating model, or AI-led transformation.
• Proven AI fluency, linking AI strategy to business value, risk and governance.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on enterprise, digital, operating model, modernization, and AI-enabled transformation priorities.
• Lead complex transformations and multiple workstreams with accountability for outcomes and risk.
• Apply P&C domain knowledge to shape strategies, roadmaps and business cases.
• Provide AI-fluent leadership across use-case prioritization, deployment considerations, and governance.
