Job summary

Stealth Startup in the Bay Area is seeking a senior, highly analytical growth operator to own customer acquisition and build the measurement systems that tell us what’s working. This is a high-ownership role spanning paid acquisition, growth strategy, experimentation, analytics, attribution, and AI-enabled growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth analytics.
• Proven experience owning paid acquisition and growth strategy for a consumer product or tech company.
• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools to improve analysis, experimentation, or automation.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, attribution, and experimentation.
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition: manage paid acquisition strategy, budgets, targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
• Build the growth engine from launch to scale with focus on CAC, conversion, and LTV.
• Lead experimentation with disciplined testing across audiences, creative, channels, and landing pages.
• Use AI to accelerate growth in acquisition, analytics, experimentation, and reporting.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing acquisition and customer data to identify opportunities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and creative to ensure data, tracking, and insights.
• Establish measurement foundation with reporting, attribution, and tracking.
