Process Street is seeking a Growth/Marketing leader to drive demand creation and pipeline through creative campaigns and partnerships. You will own content, experimentation, and channel strategy across Slack, Teams, social, and search.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that values autonomy, experimentation, and ownership. This is a remote-friendly, growth-focused role with global impact.

Responsabilités

• Run campaigns and stunts that attract attention and shares.
• Coordinate launches, paid push, and partner distribution for synchronized impact.
• Build partnerships with creators, communities, and brands for amplified reach.
• Invent new channels and activations to reach untapped audiences.
• Own the content calendar and ensure high-volume output across search, video, social, and community.
• Direct the automated production layer, review outputs, and push AI-enabled formats forward.
• Drive discovery through traditional search and AI-assisted methods, keeping the audience engaged.
• Maintain the brand voice across all campaigns and content.
• Convert attention into pipeline by managing direct marketing efforts and performance tracking.
• Continuously test and refine experiments to uncover the next growth lever.
