Writesonic is seeking an AI Growth Marketer, a generalist who orchestrates marketing with the help of AI and moves quickly in a fast-evolving B2B space. You will work across growth, content, and product marketing, running campaigns end-to-end and optimizing performance with AI-enabled workflows.

You'll report to the Head of Growth Marketing and collaborate with the founder. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards experimentation and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in B2B marketing (startup or agency preferred).
• Hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels.
• Comfortable in ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google), email tools, and CMS.
• Uses AI tools daily for research, content, and automation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fast learner, scrappy executor.
• Can work across tools without needing training on each one.

Responsibilities

• Design and run multi-channel campaigns from brief to launch to optimization.
• Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to extend capabilities and build automations.
• Support LinkedIn flywheel with engaging ads and follow-up campaigns.
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance and inform decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, sales, and marketing.
