Job summary

Writesonic is hiring a founding growth marketer to take a running growth engine much further. You will own paid channels, content/SEO, and lifecycle flows to generate enterprise pipeline and PLG trials.

You will build a small growth team and drive experiments across multiple channels to accelerate brand awareness and mindshare. The role requires a mid-senior IC or first-time manager with a growth mindset, strong fundamentals, and the hunger to move fast.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in growth or digital marketing, B2B SaaS preferred
• T-shaped: deep in at least one channel, capable across all
• Experiments-driven: run 2–3 week tests and scale or kill
• AI-native: use AI daily in workflows
• Builder: stand up channels and playbooks from scratch, then scale with a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn): optimize and scale
• Own content and SEO for organic and AI-search visibility
• Manage lifecycle flows: onboarding, activation, retention
• Launch and test new channels: podcasts, YouTube, tools, influencers, community
• Develop LinkedIn/personal brand; align with enterprise and PLG motions
• Build and manage the growth team (2 existing + 2–3 new hires)
