• AI-native with demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI, agentic workflows, automation frameworks, and emerging digital technologies to solve business problems.
• Strong understanding of CRO, analytics, SEO/GEO, customer journeys, and modern and emerging digital growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and business impact across Visa's digital ecosystem.
• Identify emerging growth channels, technologies, and opportunities that can drive measurable acquisition, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
• Leverage AI platforms, automation frameworks, and agentic workflows to accelerate marketing execution, insight generation, content scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Execute and analyze experimentation programs including CRO, A/B testing, AI-synthetic testing, landing page optimization, and customer journey enhancements.
• Utilize SEO, GEO, and search-everywhere optimization initiatives at scale to improve discoverability and organic growth.
• Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting that translate analytics into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with content, web, product marketing, regional marketing, and digital operations teams to scale high-performing digital experiences globally.
