Visa is seeking an AI-native Growth Marketer to join the Value-Added Services Marketing organization, focused on growth across digital channels using AI, experimentation, CRO, and SEO. This analyst-level role emphasizes rapid execution and measurable outcomes in global markets.

The position is hybrid, based in Austin, TX, requiring in-office days. You will partner across teams to optimize customer journeys, scale content, and drive acquisition and engagement with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

2+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Growth mindset and continuous opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
AI-native with demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI, agentic workflows, automation frameworks, and emerging digital technologies to solve business problems and accelerate growth outcomes.
Strong understanding of CRO, analytics, SEO/GEO, customer journeys, and modern and emerging digital growth strategies.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and measurable actions.
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable testing new ideas, learning quickly from results, and adjusting direction when needed.
Understands how to scale successful strategies across global and regional markets while accounting for localization and audience differences.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action-oriented with a proven ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop, support and execute digital growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and business impact across Visa's digital ecosystem.
Identify emerging growth channels, technologies, and opportunities that can drive measurable acquisition, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
Leverage AI platforms, automation frameworks, and agentic workflows to accelerate marketing execution, insight generation, content scalability, and operational efficiency.
Execute and analyze experimentation programs including CRO initiatives, A/B and multivariate testing, AI-synthetic user testing, landing page optimization, and customer journey enhancements.
Utilize SEO, GEO, and search-everywhere optimization initiatives to improve discoverability and organic growth.
Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting translating analytics into actionable recommendations.
Partner with content, web, product marketing, regional marketing, and digital operations teams to scale high-performing digital experiences globally.
Conduct competitive intelligence, market analysis, and digital trend monitoring to identify new opportunities and differentiation.
Prioritize and manage a portfolio of growth initiatives using data-driven decision making and iterative test-and-learn.
Partner with web teams to author, publish, and optimize landing pages and growth-focused content for faster experimentation.
Champion and execute a culture of experimentation, innovation, measurement, and continuous optimization across the digital marketing org.
