Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Growth Engineer (Marketing) to design, build, and optimize AI-driven growth systems that empower marketing to operate at scale. You will own automation infrastructure, develop intelligent agents, and integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools to accelerate demand generation and pipeline growth.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and growth, requiring hands-on prototyping, experimentation with AI tech, and close collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or related technical role with growth focus.
• Experience building AI-powered agents, automated workflows, or LLM-based apps.
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered growth systems for demand generation and campaigns.
• Own marketing automation infrastructure with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms.
• Develop intelligent agents for outreach, research, and analysis.
• Scale outbound and pipeline generation with Sales and Marketing.
• Automate campaign execution with testing and approvals.
• Connect product and marketing data to personalize activity.
• Experiment with new AI models, tooling, and platforms.
• Measure performance with monitoring and feedback loops.
• Ensure reliability and brand-aligned safeguards.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.
