Vantage is seeking an AI Growth Marketing Manager to redefine how marketing operates using AI agents, automation, and data-driven experimentation. You’ll lead a small team of agents to optimize campaigns, scale outbound efforts, and drive pipeline for the sales organization.

The role blends strategy and hands-on execution, requiring comfort with emerging technologies and building scalable processes. Prior traditional marketing experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven growth initiatives: develop and execute strategies that leverage AI agents, automation, and experimentation to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
• Scale marketing automation: build, manage, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows across demand generation, outbound prospecting, social media, and marketing operations.
• Drive pipeline generation: partner with Sales and RevOps to develop scalable campaigns, improve targeting and personalization, and optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Build and optimize campaigns: oversee AI-assisted campaign development, execution, testing, and optimization across multiple channels while maintaining brand quality and appropriate human oversight.
• Support product positioning and go-to-market: translate product capabilities, customer use cases, and competitive insights into compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate most to technical buyers.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools: identify, test, and implement new AI technologies that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Measure performance: establish clear metrics for campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and the impact of AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: work with Product, Sales, and RevOps to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Continuously improve how we work: challenge traditional marketing processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work, reduce manual effort, and increase output without sacrificing quality.
