Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a senior client-facing operator to work at the intersection of strategy, growth, sales, and execution. You will collaborate directly with founders to diagnose growth blockers and convert insights into a clear action plan.

This role is not a traditional Customer Success position; you will lead strategic conversations, shape acquisition strategy, and drive prioritized actions across markets, offers, pricing, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, growth, client strategy, or senior client-facing roles.
• Direct experience working with founders, executives, or business owners.
• Strong ability to diagnose growth and execution problems across multiple client contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level client conversations with founders and senior operators.
• Translate strategy into prioritized actions with owners and timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks in growth, acquisition, and delivery, and propose actionable solutions.
• Maintain a full commercial view across clients and ensure momentum and accountability.
