Job summary

Siena is hiring a Founding Content Lead to own every word the market sees. You will shape founder-led LinkedIn, social accounts, launches, blogs, and scripts, shaping a consistent company voice across channels.

You will work directly with the Creative Director to fuse words with visuals, and you will write narratives that resonate with consumer brands and eCommerce audiences. This role is fully remote within a globally distributed, async-first team.

Qualifications

• Published writing across blog posts, launches, social, and video scripts.
• Experience as the sole writer at a company or brand with no backing team.
• Experience marketing to consumer brands or in eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own Siena's content across the market, ensuring it reflects the Siena voice.
• Set strategy for founder-led LinkedIn and company social accounts; write posts.
• Ship product launch content: announcements, blog, social sequences, founder posts.
• Write scripts for product and marketing videos; collaborate with Creative Director on visuals.
• Study trends and translate into a distinct point of view for the team.
• Measure performance and adjust content strategy based on evidence; avoid generic templates.
• Leverage AI in all aspects of work to move faster and maintain human tone.
