You will develop search-optimized content and motion-ready video assets, ensuring quality and consistency. This role is on-site in LA and demands a hands-on, fast-moving creator with a strategic edge.

Qualifications

• Experience running end-to-end content campaigns with measurable impact.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted video generation, editing, motion, and upscaling.
• Ability to craft search-optimized content and structured data for AI consumption.
• Strong creative vision and ability to define brand visuals and briefs.
• Proven leadership and ability to build and guide small teams.

Responsibilities

• Run content campaigns end to end for Retail Reinvented and client brands, including hypothesis, production, launch, and iteration.
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form video using AI tooling, directing output and ensuring quality at volume.
• Create content that ranks in search and is easily retrievable by AI assistants with clear claims and structured data.
• Set the visual standard across brands with briefs, look definition, and quality control.
• Grow into directing a small pod of contractors, creators, and client-side teams.
