Job summary

1Close is seeking a Content Creator and Social Media Manager (AI Native) to own the creative engine for our sales-focused content. You will craft angles, hooks, and ideas, then use AI tools to produce video, image, and written content across LinkedIn and X, reflecting the founder's voice.

You will build a daily content cadence, ghostwrite posts, manage community, and track what drives booked conversations. This is remote and requires strong AI fluency and self-starting drive.

Qualifications

• Must have AI coding experience.
• Must be using AI in your workflow right now.
• You can point to the post that booked a call, not just views.
• Angle generation: find the hook from raw material.
• Strong creative instinct for angles, hooks, formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative angles, hooks, and content ideas from call material, product moments, and founder voice.
• Use AI tools to produce short-form video, image, and written content end to end.
• Own the content calendar and post consistently on LinkedIn and X.
• Ghostwrite and edit posts in the founder voice.
• Manage community: replies, DMs, and surface warm leads to sales motion.
• Track which content converts to booked conversations and double down on it.
