Job summary

Ajaia, a fast-growing AI consultancy and product studio, is seeking a content leader to own social, video, podcast workflows, and training content. You will manage the calendar, output, and metrics, writing native content for LinkedIn, X, and newsletters, and editing video people actually watch.

This AI-forward role requires daily use of AI for ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, and QA, with a fully remote setup and overlapping hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in social content, video editing, or multi-channel content management.
• Proven ownership of publishing workflows and deadlines.
• Strong writing for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletters.
• Experience editing training or educational video.
• Evidence of AI-native execution in daily content work.
• Strong written communication and async habits on a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Own social content operations from planning to publishing to performance reporting
• Write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletters
• Edit short and long-form video for marketing and thought leadership
• Run podcast post-production, clips, and distribution
• Produce and edit training video for internal and client-facing use
• Build reusable AI-assisted workflows for scripting, editing, and repurposing
• Hold the line on brand voice and quality across every output
