Job summary

Siena AI is seeking a senior creative director to define taste and own the creative direction for launches across multiple products. You will ship narratives, positioning, and launch assets with autonomy.

We value AI-enabled workflows, shipping in chaos, and a track record of final calls on brand work. You’ll build a small internal agency of 2-3 people across design, motion, and content, and you’ll report directly to the founder team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning creative direction for brands, not just contributing.
• Ability to position a brand with a clear point of view and defend it.
• Experience shipping multiple launches and balancing speed with quality.

Responsibilities

• Own creative direction across launches: narrative, positioning, assets.
• Ship landing pages, launch videos, decks, and social content.
• Develop and evolve the design system from version 3 onward.
• Set the bar for all Siena-branded work and approve final outputs.
