Job summary

Leland is seeking a Content & Creative Lead to build the content engine across blogs, webinars, and social, and to shape how we present our expert material to the world. You’ll own strategy, calendar, and visuals, starting hands-on and growing a team that includes a Social Media Manager.

If you’re a sharp writer with design instincts, we’d love to chat. You'll lead brand across channels, develop integrated campaigns, and partner with design and performance teams to drive storytelling and growth

Qualifications

5+ years in content, brand, or creative, including startup/high-growth
Excellent writing and editing with clear point of view
Solid SEO fundamentals and AI-enabled discovery
Hands-on design skills with tools like Figma or Canva
Experience building or leading a content program and mentoring a first hire

Responsibilities

Build the content engine: editorial calendar, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and social
Put processes and AI workflows in place for consistent publishing
Shape Leland's brand visuals, messaging, and website structure
Lead original research and create studies on admissions, careers, and AI at work
Mentor the team and grow the content function over time
Collaborate with marketing and design on web visuals and campaigns
