Qualifications

• 3-5 years in event marketing or operations
• Experience using AI-driven data analysis to identify trends or automate reporting
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Sheets including formulas/pivots
• Strong communication skills and ability to draft, refine, and scale communications using AI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead World Tour presence for Customer Success and Professional Services with pre-event logistics and post-event reporting
• Lead meeting strategy for CS/PS leaders, track performance, and prep executives for engagements
• Staff in-person events including registration, onsite coordination, and vendor management
• Build and maintain event performance reports using Salesforce for actionable insights
• Provide timely post-event analysis, KPIs, best practices, and improvement opportunities
• Define high-value account criteria and design automated nomination tracking
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless event delivery
• Maintain project timelines and comprehensive documentation across workstreams
• Support centralized tools for event planning, communication, and reporting
• Provide high-touch attendee support and resolve on-site issues
• Leverage AI tools to craft impactful communications
