Job summary

You will plan and execute high-impact events, handling pre-event communications, logistics, and post-event reporting with precision. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations; lead World Tour presence for CS and PS; leverage AI tools to scale communications and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in event marketing or operations with a track record of using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to create executive-ready presentations using AI-enhanced visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the World Tour presence for Customer Success and Professional Services with pre-event logistics, content ops, and post-event reporting.
• Partner with the Innovation Center to lead meeting strategy for CS and PS leaders and prepare executives for events.
• Staff in-person events, manage registrations, onsite vendors, and venue setup/teardown; build and maintain performance reports.
