Responsibilities

• Lead the World Tour presence for Customer Success and Professional Services, including pre-event logistics, content ops, and post-event impact reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set meeting strategy and prepare executives for speaking engagements and events.
• Staff in-person events, manage attendee registration, on-site logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Build and maintain event performance reports in Salesforce, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Deliver post-event analysis, highlight KPI performance, and share best practices for improvement.
• Define high-value account criteria and track automated nomination processes across the business.
