Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Event Manager to join the Solutions Marketing Events team, focused on Customer Success and Professional Services. You will plan and execute high-impact events, handling communications, logistics, and post-event analysis with precision using AI tools.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Strategic Events to ensure best-in-class events, leveraging AI for scale and automation in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in event marketing or operations with AI tools experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets (formulas/pivots) with AI-driven data analysis understanding.
• Experience with Google Slides and using generative AI to enhance visuals for executive-ready presentations.
• AI-first mindset with ability to automate repetitive tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication using AI tools to tailor messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the World Tour presence for Customer Success and Professional Services, including pre-event logistics, content ops, and post-event reporting.
• Partner with the Innovation Center to lead meeting strategy for leaders; manage rosters, track performance, and prep executives for speaking engagements.
• Staff in-person events: attendee registration, check-in, vendor management, and venue setup/teardown.
• Build and maintain event performance reports using Salesforce; deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provide post-event analysis, KPI review, and best-practice documentation for improvement.
• Define high-value account criteria and automate nomination tracking; communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless events.
• Maintain project timelines and documentation across all workstreams.
• Support centralized tools for planning, communication, and reporting.
