Salesforce, Inc. seeks an Event Manager to lead the Solutions Marketing Events team focused on Customer Success and Professional Services. You will plan and execute high-impact events, manage pre- and post-event activities, and use AI to scale operations. Collaboration with Sales, CS, and Ops is essential to deliver best-in-class experiences.

The role follows an Office Flex schedule with in-office 3 days/week and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in event marketing or operations with AI integration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong visual storytelling with Google Slides to present data to executives.
• AI-first mindset to automate repetitive tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-first mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the World Tour presence for Customer Success and Professional Services.
• Coordinate pre-event logistics, content ops, attendee programs, and post-event reporting.
• Lead meeting strategy and executive prep with stakeholders.
• Staff in-person events, register attendees, coordinate staff, and manage vendors.
• Build event performance reports in Salesforce and deliver insights.
• Provide post-event analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design high-value account nomination criteria and automate tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless events.
• Maintain documentation and timelines across all workstreams.
• Support tools for planning, communication, and reporting.
• Provide on-site support to attendees and resolve issues.
• Leverage AI to write impactful communications.
