• Lead the World Tour presence for Customer Success and Professional Services events, managing pre-event logistics and post-event impact reporting.
• Collaborate with the Innovation Center to strategy meetings for leaders and prep executives for speaking engagements.
• Staff in-person events, handle attendee registration, onsite coordination, and vendor management.
• Build event performance reports in Salesforce and provide actionable insights.
• Deliver post-event analysis with KPI comparisons and best practice documentation.
• Define high-value account criteria and manage automated nomination tracking with stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations for seamless event delivery.
• Maintain project timelines and runbooks to keep all workstreams on track.
• Support centralized tools for event planning and reporting.
• Provide high-touch on-site attendee support and swift issue resolution.
• Use AI tools to craft impactful communications.
