Responsibilities

• Lead the World Tour presence for Customer Success and Professional Services, including pre-event logistics and communications, content ops, and post-event reporting.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to design meeting strategies for leaders.
• Maintain leader rosters, track meeting performance, and prepare executives for speaking engagements and customer meetings.
• Staff in-person events, manage attendee registration, and coordinate onsite vendors and venues.
• Build and maintain event performance reports using Salesforce and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Provide timely post-event analysis, document best practices, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate automated nomination tracking and account selection criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and project timelines across workstreams.
• Support centralized tools for event planning, communication, and reporting.
