Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Digital Success Strategy Manager to lead the one-to-many, AI-powered engagement motion for our global customers. You’ll partner with Digital Success Engineers, define the roadmap, and drive adoption and retention at scale.

You’ll shape goals, design programs end-to-end, leverage data signals, and align with Marketing, Product, CS leadership to deliver measurable outcomes across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer success, digital or scaled customer engagement strategy.
• Deep expertise in digital customer success: segmentation, lifecycle design, tech-touch engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI and automation to customer engagement.
• Experience translating strategy into requirements for technical builders.
• Working knowledge of CS data metrics (adoption, health, retention).

Responsibilities

• Owns the digital customer success strategy and one-to-many engagement model.
• Designs a modern AI-powered evolution of the digital motion and defines the roadmap.
• Defines requirements and priorities for tooling and automation; partners with the Digital Success Engineer.
• Owns adoption, retention, and coverage outcomes; defines metrics and targets.
• Designs end-to-end digital engagement programs, including journeys and campaigns.
• Collaborates with Customer Success Analytics and data teams to ground motion in signals.
