Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Digital Success Engineer to build and maintain automation, tooling, and integrations that power our digital customer success motion. You will work on agentic workflows and connectors to systems like Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Slack, enabling proactive, scalable engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical build role in SaaS or customer-facing context (required).
• Hands-on with automation, APIs, data connectors, and scripting or low-code tooling (required).
• Experience turning strategy into working, tested technology (required).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and evaluating AI outputs (preferred).
• Proficient with Git and modern software/data-stack practices (required).
• Strong communication and collaboration across strategy, data, and customer success teams (required).

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the automation, tooling, and integrations behind the digital customer success motion, including agentic workflows, in-app guidance, and connectors to Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Slack.
• Turns the strategy and requirements set by the Digital Success Strategy Manager into working technology including scoping, building, testing, and shipping the components that deliver the engagement model.
• Monitors, troubleshoots, and improves the digital-success tooling in production, including fixes and versioning changes.
• Implements the logic that targets and personalizes engagement using adoption, health, and usage signals.
• Applies AI-assisted development tooling and evaluates outputs for accuracy before they reach customers.
• Documents and packages what is built for maintenance and reuse.
• Works with autonomy under direction, escalating cross-functional or technical decisions as needed.
• Evaluates emerging AI tools and platforms for potential adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.
