Emplifi is seeking a Digital Customer Success Associate to manage a broad client portfolio with a low-touch, scalable approach. You will drive product adoption, support digital marketing initiatives, and identify expansion opportunities by leveraging AI and CX tools.

The role emphasizes onboarding efficiency, renewal and retention strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value at scale across enterprise clients in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or similar roles, with digital marketing exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to manage relationships efficiently in a low-touch, one-to-many model.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing services, including social media and content marketing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and systematic approach to challenges.
• Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
