Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a Senior Digital Customer Success Strategist to design automated, One-to-Many journeys and AI-powered workflows that drive adoption, health, and retention across our SaaS platform in a fast-paced environment focused on compliance-sensitive domains.

You will partner with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to scale digital programs from onboarding through renewal, using segmentation, triggers, and analytics to improve engagement and program impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Digital Customer Success, CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management in a SaaS or product-led environment.
• Proven experience building One-to-Many email programs and scaled/digital business review programs.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing/lifecycle automation tools, in-app engagement platforms, and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience applying AI-powered tools within CS workflows.
• Strong written communication, data analytics proficiency, and program management across concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage automated lifecycle programs spanning onboarding through renewal, including segmentation and triggers.
• Own lifecycle nurtures and renewal/risk-based outreach with dynamic content and triggers.
• Build automated EBR/QBR alternatives with health snapshots and ROI summaries.
• Apply AI to content generation, account summarization, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Use data and health scores to drive personalization and report adoption/engagement metrics.
• Partner with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align digital programs with launches and CS initiatives.
• Iterate messaging and segmentation through testing to improve engagement and outcomes.
