Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven success managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads.
• Manage and optimize SEO for websites and local search.
• Build and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Improve website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.
• Create landing pages that convert visitors into leads.
• Develop AI-powered marketing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
• Create blog content, email campaigns, newsletters, and lead magnets.
• Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and emails.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing with business goals.
• Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
