Incredible Health is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to own lead gen for Marketplace, Lyn, and Gale. This role is 100% remote across the United States, reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with Sales, CS, and Design to build demand.

You will run multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and search, optimize funnel performance in HubSpot and Salesforce, and drive measurable pipeline growth with AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B demand generation or lead generation.
• Proven, hands-on record of building campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Working mastery of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Proficient in event-driven marketing: webinars, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy that drives qualified pipeline across Marketplace, Lyn, and Gale.
• Plan, build, and run demand generation campaigns across paid search and social, content, email, and ABM.
• Own in-person and digital event and tradeshow strategy end to end: budget, campaigns, speaker preparation, and pipeline measurement.
• Own the employer-side keyword strategy and track organic performance with strong SEO and GEO fundamentals.
