WorkWhile seeks its first Demand Gen Marketer to accelerate top-of-funnel growth and build a scalable pipeline across channels. You will own campaigns end-to-end, partner with Sales, AMs, Product, and Data Science, and leverage AI tools to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation or similar role.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns driving growth.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, AMs, SDRs, and Product.
• Hands-on with marketing tech stack and analytics tools.
• Proven experience using AI tools to scale output.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and scale pipeline for hypergrowth.
• Own end-to-end campaigns from concept to execution.
