Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. This role will help plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, from emails to nurture programs, in our marketing automation platform.

You will partner with Sales and Product Marketing to execute a LinkedIn strategy and apply AI-enabled processes for improved outcomes. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in demand generation, strong email campaign experience, and hands-on marketing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in managing email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong project management skills (ClickUp a plus).
• Knowledge of email deliverability, list health, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting and collaboration with sales.
• Financial services/FinTech marketing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve marketing campaigns (agents/automations) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns across channels.
• Manage emails and nurture programs in the marketing automation platform.
• Support additional campaigns as needed and maintain calendar alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams and partner with Sales for LinkedIn strategy.
• Test, optimize, and measure campaign performance; translate insights into actions.
• Identify and integrate AI into processes to improve campaign execution and reporting.
