Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. You will plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, from emails to nurture programs in our marketing automation platform.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to bring LinkedIn subject matter strategy to life and leverage AI to enhance efficiency. You will manage campaigns, nurture programs, and support additional initiatives.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in managing email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
• Strong project management skills (ClickUp experience a plus).
• Working knowledge of email deliverability and list health, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting, and comfort partnering with sales teams.
• Experience in financial services or financial technology marketing is a plus.
• Demonstrated record of using AI to make marketing campaigns work more efficiently, such as building AI agents or automations.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Project Management: oversee demand generation campaigns using our project tool to manage workflow, cadence, and priorities.
• Social Media Support: execute the social media plan in support of demand generation campaigns and LinkedIn strategy.
• Testing & Optimization: apply best practices in campaign testing and diverse media to improve results.
• Measurement & Reporting: track campaign performance, email health, and marketing channel results; translate into clear recommendations.
• AI-Enabled Marketing: build AI into processes to improve campaign quality, personalization, and reporting.
