Job summary

Arcesium LLC in Philadelphia seeks a Demand Generation Manager to plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, from emails to nurture programs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing, manage a calendar, and apply AI-enabled automations to improve campaign quality and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in demand generation, hands-on HubSpot and marketing automation experience, strong project management, and fintech marketing background.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, list health, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting, and comfort partnering with sales teams is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or financial technology marketing is a plus.
• A demonstrated record of using AI to improve marketing campaign efficiency, such as AI agents or automations.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Project Management: manage workflow, cadence, and priorities across stakeholders.
• Social Media Support: execute social media plan and LinkedIn strategy.
• Testing & Optimization: apply testing strategies to improve results.
• Measurement & Reporting: analyze performance and translate findings into recommendations.
• AI-Enabled Marketing: identify and build AI into processes to improve campaigns.
