Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. You will plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, from emails and nurture programs in our marketing automation platform to managing the campaign calendar.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing, embracing AI-forward approaches, developing a LinkedIn strategy, and guiding social media, testing, and reporting to improve results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of demand generation experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
