Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the Client and Partner Development team. You will plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, including emails and nurture programs, across a marketing automation platform.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to drive pipeline, manage social media efforts, and apply AI to improve campaign effectiveness and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, preferably in B2B marketing.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience preferred.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting.
• Financial services or fintech marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience using AI to enhance marketing campaigns is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns.
• Set up emails and nurture programs in a marketing automation platform.
• Maintain ongoing nurture programs and support additional campaigns.
• Manage calendar, workflow, and priorities across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Develop and execute a LinkedIn subject matter expert strategy.
• Test, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve campaign delivery and personalization.
