Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team in the United States. You will plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, from emails and nurture programs to calendar management, collaborating with Sales and Product Marketing colleagues.

We value AI-forward thinking and have experience with AI agents or automations to improve campaign efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, preferably with email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, testing, and analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in B2B settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end demand generation campaigns and emails in our MA platform.
• Manage nurture programs and keep the marketing calendar on track.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
• Lead social media execution and LinkedIn strategy for campaigns.
• Measure performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
• Identify AI opportunities to automate and improve campaigns.
