KPA is seeking a Manager of Demand Generation to own omnichannel campaigns, automation, and AI-driven optimization. You will manage budgets, align Marketing with Sales, and drive a measurable pipeline using HubSpot, GA4, and Salesforce.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS/tech), end-to-end program ownership, and strong analytics. This is a high-impact, builder role within a growing marketing team in Colorado's Lafayette area.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B digital, growth, or performance marketing, preferably SaaS.
• Ownership of an end-to-end demand engine.
• Experience in a lean team where you executed the work.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own omnichannel demand execution across paid, owned, and automated channels.
• Design and operate marketing automation in HubSpot; nurture architecture and lifecycle stages.
• Lead AI-driven campaigns and analytics to optimize funnel and attribution.
• Run ABM and account-based programs with target accounts and coordinated plays.
• Create dashboards and reporting to illuminate funnel metrics and ROI.
