Job summary

Exiger is seeking a Delivery Workflow Engineer to modernize its AI-enabled enterprise platform powering due diligence and risk reports. You will translate client needs into workflow logic, automate manual steps, and ensure outputs are human-vetted and regulator-defensible.

You will collaborate across North America and Romania teams, sit at the intersection of engineering and business operations, and help scale our research automation while maintaining a strong product mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years designing, building, and launching enterprise software applications.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM and agentic AI solutions in production.
• Strong software engineering skills to build, test, and own production-grade apps end to end.
• A product mindset with ability to scope requirements and MVP trade-offs.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in OSINT, background investigations, due diligence, or third-party risk is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand application capabilities across report and product types to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Enhance research and report-drafting automation while strengthening QA and fact-checking workflows.
• Turn client scopes and report requirements into workflow logic and a clear minimum viable product.
• Support researchers with training, testing, feedback, and reliable day-to-day operation across North America and Romania teams.
• Integrate new data sources and lay groundwork for future client-facing, modular report delivery.
